Filter Press Stone Sewage Treatment :
Procedure:

1. Collection and Regulation: The wastewater generated during the stone processing is collected through the pipelines and channels in the plant area and then conveyed to the regulating tank. The regulating tank is used to homogenize and equalize the wastewater in terms of quantity and quality, which makes the subsequent treatment process more stable.
 
2. Coagulation Reaction: Coagulants and flocculants such as polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide are added to the regulated wastewater in the reaction tank. These chemicals will react with the suspended solids, colloids and other pollutants in the wastewater to form larger floc particles, namely flocs.
 
3. Sedimentation and Separation: The wastewater after coagulation reaction enters the sedimentation tank. In the sedimentation tank, the flocs gradually settle to the bottom of the tank by gravity, realizing the separation of solid and liquid. The sedimentation tank can be divided into different types such as horizontal flow type and vertical flow type, and enterprises can choose according to the actual situation.
 
4. Sludge Dewatering: The sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank contains a large amount of water and needs to be dewatered. Common equipment includes horizontal spiral centrifuges, plate and frame filter presses, etc. Through the extrusion and filtration of these equipment, the water in the sludge is separated to form dry sludge cakes.
 
5. Filtration Treatment: The supernatant after sedimentation may still contain some fine suspended solids or impurities and usually enters the filtration equipment, such as sand filtration tanks, activated carbon filters, etc., to further remove tiny particles, organic pollutants and other impurities in the water and improve the water quality.
 
6. Reuse or Discharge of Clean Water: The clean water after filtration can be conveyed to the production workshop through the recycled water system for water use in stone cutting, grinding and other processes, realizing the recycling of water resources if its quality meets the requirements of the production process. If it is to be discharged, it is necessary to ensure that the water quality meets the national or local discharge standards.

1. Hydraulic Control Station Of Hydraulic Filter Press:
The electrical contract pressure gauge is available to automatically maintain pressure.

2. Filter Cloth :
The slurry is sent to every sealed filter chamber by the feeding pump with pressure, going into filter plates and filter cloths. The clean water will be filtered out from the filter plate water outlet by the filter cloth, but the solid is kept in the chambers, to separate solid and liquid.

3. Filtered Cakes Discharge Way: It is customized, could be manual or be of automatic shifting device.

4. How it works!

First:  Working by oil tank. the piston rod will push the movable seat, pressing filter plates to form sealed chambers. It could prevent the slurry from spurting and leakage when sending the slurry with pressure.

Second: The slurry is sent to every sealed filter chamber by the feeding pump with pressure, going into filter plates and filter cloths. The clean water will be filtered out from the filter plate water outlet by the filter cloth, but the solid is kept in the chambers, to separate solid and liquid.

    
5. Working Partner: This filter press will require a high pressure piston pump to help it to pump the slurry
